You know AI is out there. You just don't know where it fits in your business.

You've seen the demos. You've tried the tools. But your team is still doing things by hand that AI could handle, and nobody has time to figure out which parts to fix first. There's a clear answer. It just takes someone looking at your actual business to find it.

Is this you?
  • Your team is losing hours every week to work that should already be automated. Not because anyone is slow. Just because that's how the business grew.
  • You've got tools that don't talk to each other. The gap between them is filled by people doing things by hand.
  • You know AI could help. But every article you read is about prompts, not about fixing how your business actually runs.

You don't need a developer. You don't need a course. You need someone to look at your whole business and tell you exactly where AI saves you time and money.

Step 03The AI audit

Your AI audit.

I go through your whole operation and put it all in writing. You'll get a clear report showing the 3 to 5 changes that will save your team the most time, what each one costs to implement, what to do first, and what to skip entirely. No fluff. No "it depends."

~1 week · Written report delivered to you
Step 04Walkthrough

Leave with a clear action plan.

You get a live walkthrough of every recommendation, with space for every question. By the end you know exactly what to do first, whether you build it with me or hand it to your own team.

After the audit

Most clients move to implementation.

We build the automations, agents, and systems from the audit plan. Some clients stay on an ongoing retainer. Others take the report and hand it to their own team. Either way, the audit is fully yours.

Connect your tools
Your email, calendar, CRM, and project tools stop being separate silos. They talk to each other.
Automate the grunt work
The stuff your team does manually every week (scheduling, follow-ups, data entry, reports) gets handled automatically.
Custom tools built for you
A small app or dashboard built around how your business actually runs, not a generic template with your logo on it.
Ongoing support
Monthly work as your business grows. New builds, tweaks, and expansions as you need them.

What it's like working with me.

Gina is the queen of systems and organization. She will take any process and streamline it so that it is organized, repeatable, and trackable. She'll dig in, learn what she needs to, and come up with a finished product that is very well thought out.
Gina is a hunter. She's not the kind of person who phones things in and accomplishes the minimum. She took the lead on key campaigns that helped us double our revenue more than three years in a row. I could not have done it without her.
This is so efficient! The one program can produce all the necessary lists with a click of a button. This truly exceeds all possible expectations. It really does. Beyond our wildest dreams honestly.

FAQ

Do I need to know what I want built before the call?
No. Half my clients start with "something's broken and I don't know what." The AI audit exists exactly for that case. A week later you'll have a written report you can act on, whether or not you use me to build it.
What happens after the audit?
Most clients move to implementation: building the automations, agents, and systems from the audit plan. That's where things actually change. But the audit stands on its own: you fully own the report and can run with it however you like. Nothing is locked behind my involvement.
Why "AI"? Isn't most of this just automation?
A lot of it is. The real challenge isn't automation. It's knowing which parts of your operation need AI and which don't. That's where the audit matters. We only add AI where it adds real value, not as another tool bolted on because of the hype.
Can you work with my existing tools?
Yes. The goal is to work with what you already have, not replace it. I regularly connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, and anything with a decent API. Part of the audit is figuring out exactly what we can link up, so nothing you've already paid for goes to waste.
